DOS issues in on 6th July and no one know why they did it ! As somene said, may be they have now learnt how to stich 2 html pages together !
About legal implications, we dont know that yet. But we will once AILF class action suit will be over, won't we ?

it is fine to have both I-485s filed and pending - generally speaking, if one gets approved, USCIS should deny the other (as a LPR you will no longer be eligible to adjust your status to lpr).

Before i present my RFE I will explaing My GC:
I did masters and worked on OPT for sometime with Company A and they applied H1B,
still working for Company A as H1B as Senoir Programmer ANalyst.
At one point CompanyB filed GC process and I-140 approved as a IT Manager in EB2
PD=jan 2006
Still working with H1B from COmpany A
I never worked for Company B and it no longer exists...
Company A recently merged with ANother Company X
I recently got an RFE How do i respond PLease help me:

Please submit a properly completcd Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet, for yourself. Your original
signature is required on the Form G-325A. Photocopied signatures are not acceptable. Blank immigration forms
and information are available online from the official Service website: USCIS Home Page. You may also ordcr

I have ben working with employer A on an H1B ( even labor and I-140 approved, PD-April2009) and planning to apply for H1 transfer now through employer B.
After the transfer is approved for B, if I change my mind and decide to continue to work with curent employer A, can I do that ?

The only thing I notice is a little orage that looks unusual on the tip of the rear ducks beak. If that's not it, I don't see anything.

Here (http://www.dphoto.us/forumphotos/showgallery.php?cat=1377) are a few pictures from my excursion to Turkey Run S P last weekend. While my camera performed better than I expected from a late-90's era 2.7MP DSLR, I didn't fare so well, coming home with far fewer "keepers" than I would have liked. My greatest problem was that I either didn't set up a tripod or failed to increase the ISO to get more DOF in many landscape shots that needed it, and frequently I also got motion blur from lack of tripod usage. This experience has taught me that for me personally, even though the D1 is 2 stops faster than Velvia, I still must slow down and use a tripod - not only to prevent blur and enable slower exposures, but also to force a slower and more thoughtful pace of composition.

The English name of the bird is "Heron", there's several different types of Heron, and I can't tell you which kind this one is.
I'd love to come and fish in your rivers... But perhaps a little bit further inland, sort of up were the Amazon comes into Brazil (near Venezuela/Peru) or so.. ;-) [Fishing with a net so as not to harm the fish, no hooks please...]

Your wife can start school pending H4 to F1 COS but you cannot change to F2 until her F1 is approved. It is much easier for you to apply F1-COS and simultaneously apply F2 for your wife but the caveat with this is your F1 might not be approved as USCIS expects you to maintain status until you get their decision which in this case you won't.

I have a unique situation and I would really appreciate if someone can answer.
My LC and 140 was approved (March 2006) for Company A when I was working there on H1. After retrogration I changed jobs (November 2006) and went to work for Company B. My lawyer said we can apply for AOS using the approved 140 from company A. I did send the application which reached there on July 2nd. Now, do I have to go and work for Company A (which actually is not an option any more)? Or I can keep working for Company B and if 180 days are passed since the filing/receipt date I will be safe to obtain the GC? Company B is ready to start a new process for GC but if I can use the previously approved 140 and get AOS/GC approved, I really would like to do that.
Please help...

an local govenment gave me an offer but the salary is lower than prevailing wage around that area shown in the DOL. Would it be a big problem for H1b application next year? It is impossible to increase the salary because the working location is not rich in that area.
I heard that I can hire some survey company to get a lower salary survey for the specific location which can be used to apply H1b, is it correct? Thanks

My 140 was approved few months back. My lawyer specifed consular processing without my knowledge.
How do i change it to AOS?. I heard that when my PD is current NVC will sent forms. Do I need to specify AOS in that form?. Who will get those forms?. Attorney or applicant.

I filed to NSC on 7/20 but receipted by CSC on 9/20 acknowledging the receipt date as 7/20 and transferred I-485 alone to NSC reataining I-765 and I-131. Since then no FP notice or LUDs on I-485 from NSC but EAD and AP are approved from CSC.
