It is direct deposit / stub, but company name does not show anywhere and I spoke with employees that have been there over a year and they say that is also how the W2 is printed. Company name does not show.

Just like the the department of Homeland Security has USCIS to make sure that only very few highly-skilled immigrants get visas (thus causing the USRBD), they should also have the "Agency for USRBD" to counter the damage caused by USCIS. Don't let the RBD suck you in like it sucked Pablo in! Let's go make our voices heard in DC!!

I have resign from company last week,
But company don't given me experience letter , relieving letter.
company simply refused my request and said to not possible.
In another company required this letter.
Also Company using illegal pirated software to make product ..
What i have to do?
What action i should take for this?

My company filed my labour for PM/PL but job classification code is that of SE (Occ. Code 030.062.010)
I guess any kind of lead activity involves some kind of co-ordination/planning anyways of subordinate SE's.
I have also seen PM labours under some different occ. code.'s as well something like Technical Manager

Currently i have my I-140 approved an that is all i know. To be honest, PD to me means "the day my I-140 was approved". Is that true??
My wife lives with me on H-4 and she will hopefully get an ITIN this year. Now, how i understand the system, i cannot file for I-485 petition until, the date of my I-140 approval becomes current. Please verify to help me understand this system. Thanks in advance.

My friends company is considering to send him to Canada for some consulting assignment.
All other people in the department are USA Citizens.
I was wondering what Visa would my friend need to work in Canada.
I ask , as USA citizens may have different rules than Indian Citizens , to work in Canada.

How easy is to obtain L-1A through immigration lawyers?
What forms do I need to submit for applying this visa

I need to find document or URL which states that "Employer is responsible to pay for H1B extension for its employee" OR it is illegal for employee to pay for H1B extensions.
Could somebody help me find that document/memo? I am trying to google it as well.
I need to submit this to my HR urgently (Red tape process :-( ). I will very much appreciate if somebody has the link/doc/memo handy and point me to it.

My limited understanding about the GC process is that from the day I-485 is filed, a person may change his/her job only after 180 days or more, and of course by filing AC 21. Also, in case the I-485 does not get approved within the 180 days after filing, then how can a person change a job without having an EAD.
A person can EAD only once I-485 is approved? Is that correct. Please throw some light on the above points. Thanks in advance.

You should send in your application before leaving. Your reentry permit will serve as an entry document when you are ready to return. A request for rescheduling must be accompanied by a reasonable excuse for the inability to appear for the scheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments are set within a maximum 30-day timeframe. Here is a good tip to avoid one's green card being considered automatically abandoned under law, it is important to return within one year, at the latest.

I have been on h1 for 7 yrs in the US and i am leaving back to my home country (India) as it is expiring this month. I plan to come back and start working for my current company next yr.
Now can they Process my new H1 in April next yr(6 months from now) or they have to wait till OCT 2007 to process my new h1. I am afraid the next yr quota will be over if they have to wait till OCT.
